Play Badminton

Last Sunday,I got to school in order to play badminton.Since I was a ten year old girl,I have liked to take exercise.Unluckly,as older as I,study and report spent a lot of time and it let me almost had no time to take exercise.However,I really know sport is good for our health,so I still leave a little time to relax my body.

I remembered that day I played badminton as more as I could.Sweat ran as my face.Many classmates played with me and tought me who to play well.I was so thanks for them that I decided to practice badminton as hard as possible.Hope I can keep my heart to take exercise.

Running Test

Today's PE class very consumes our main because we have a test about running 3000m.Do not be doubtly,everyone does not has disease should take the test.I usually do not have regularly dist habit.However,for test,I eat some healthy food as my lunch.

At begining,I consider I will very very tired after I finish the test.Nevertheless,I use three ways for me to adapt my physiology as walking fast,running and jogging.I take use of those with turns so I can not feel so tird.It really a good experience for me to let me know my main still can be take exercise.

Sister' House

Hello!Today I want to introduce my home.This is a warm and fragrant place.It has nine people live in.We have one living room,one kitchen,one study with nine desks,one sleep room also with nine beds.You may think that we do not consider to be crowded?The matter of fact,the answer is yes,but we still live together happy.Welcome to visit my home even stay one nigh.You will know how we like to live here rather than live dorms.If you come here,perhaps I will cook for you!!

The travel of Taichung

Time:5/19~5/20
Place:Taichung
Member:All of our brothers,sisters and some gospel friends.

The first day we arrived at a beautiful place to ride the tandem bicycle.All the roads were big trees and some flowers.Then we got to a special swamp.There were a lot of crabs,so we grabed them with fun.At night,we had a assemble with Taichung's brothers and sisters and had a great dinner.
The next day,we also had a assemble in the morning.Then we went to museum of science and watched 3D movie.Tunghai's night market was our last step for the trip.

I am sorry not only I don't known how to describe the funny about this trip but also there are many place I cannot write with English.However,I will be sure that no one joyed it sayied it was bored.
